- Preparing the transition to high school;
- the ITP- Individual Transition Program and IEPs;
- Teaching life skills needed for work and / or college including:
- Self-esteem; Self-advocacy; Executive functioning, Self-reliance;
- Building on strengths and the use of mentors.
